Bicester ECO School. "Gagglebrook School"

This is the first ECO School to build built in Oxfordshire and our first and last project with Carillion who went into administration 12 months after completion. We had inplemented many new safety procedures for this site and will be bringing these into use on our other projects.

The school is made from clt timber frame and was trucked in from switzerland. The foundations and slab were poured over a 2 month period which included Christmas break. Once the timber was on site the shell was erected in around 6 weeks. KCC had both drainage and hard landscaping to complete before the final handover some 14 months after commencing on site.
