This development see Keith Cook Construction take on the role of main contractor to redevelop the old Fabulous Baking Boys site.

The first phase of works involved the demolition of the existing unit 5 which had an asbestos lined roof under tin sheets. . This was all sequenced and done by our professional contractors Hawthorn Hill Services who undertook all the safe removal and demo.

The concrete slab covering the area was crushed as well to a Type 1 spec which would eventually be re used under the new slab.
